watersley r+D Women CYcling Team

The Watersley Race & Development Cycling Team is the first Watersley team to be active. A women’s cycling team where a mix of Dutch and international young talented cyclists get the opportunity to develop further.

Under the leadership of talent coach Britt Jochems, and ex-professional cyclist Huub Duijn, they ride an international race program. This team is part of a unique, three-tier system in which the UCI team NXTG racing, APB Junior Development Team, and Watersley Race & Development Cycling Team together provide a solid training structure for women’s cycling.
